El Pinto's full service catering meets all of your albuquerque catering needs. El Pinto staff will arrive approximately one and a half hours prior to the start of your event for full service catering set up including tablecloths, skirting, serving utensiles, disposable plates and utensils. Food attendants will maintain the food buffet throughout your special event and then break down and clean up all foods areas at the conclusion.
