Description

July 4th we are celebrating with a Matanza. Join us for a fantastic event for the entire family.

 

This Matanza will have our famous slow cooked pork, cooked overnight in our outdoor oven. First we fill the earthen oven with pinon and oak and get it blazing to 1,000 degrees. Then we let the full size pig, raised naturally at a local farm south of Albuquerque, cook slowly overnight.

 

The fixed menu includes: Horno cooked pork, roasted potatoes, beans, rice, slaw, guacamole, queso, chips & salsa, as well as fresh made corn and flour tortillas.

 

During the Matanza, we will have 100% Blue Agave Casamigos Tequila in margarita pitchers for $5 off.

 

This event is one day only, Saturday July 4th, starting at 2 p.m. and we will be serving until 5 p.m. Purchasing this voucher gives you entry.
