Easy Beef-n-Green Burritos

10-12 burritos
Ingredients
  • 2 cups shredded cheedar cheese, (Mild or Sharp, whatever your preference)
  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 10-12 flour tortillas
  • 16 oz El Pinto Green Chile Sauce (Medium or Hot)
Steps
  1. In a large frying pan brown the ground beef and drain excess fat.
  2. Add 16 oz El Pinto Green Chile Sauce to the beef and simmer for 5-6 minutes or until the Green Chile is well heated.
  3. Lay out each tortilla and portion the cheese and meat/green chile mixture and wrap them up!

Leftover burritos are great microwaved the next day, the cheese gets all melty and the green chile flavor is awesome!
