Ordering an item from El Pinto? We ship to the 50 United States and Canada online 24/7; and, Internationally via phone support at (505) 898-1771 during weekays M-F 9AM-5PM MST (MDT). We currently only accept international orders to Canada via the website. We also do not ship to PO Boxes, so please make sure to add a physical address for your shipping address during checkout.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Delivery date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.
Shipping costs for orders from elpinto.com depend upon the method and option you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment. The estimated delivery date is displayed on the product detail page and on the Payment Options page, just before you place your order.
We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you've chosen.
If I request Standard Overnight Shipping, will I get my order the next day?
Not all of the items listed on our site are available immediately, so selecting Standart Overnight or Two-Day Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. There is no weekend pickup or delivery for One-Day or Two-Day Shipping and you must account for processing time before actual shipping (usually 24-48 hours).
What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order?
Orders that are fulfilled by elpinto.com and shipped via a trackable method (such as FedEx) will have tracking information available in Your Account. Please check this information if available and read through the following options:
- If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
- If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable. If the address you gave us is incorrect, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to re-ship your order to you.
- If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
