El Pinto was established in 1962. Our restaurant is located in Albuquerque's beautiful North Valley. For nearly 50 years, El Pinto has been serving traditional New Mexican recipes from our grandmother Josephina Chavez-Griggs. Enjoy El Pinto's exclusive Matanza with horno cooked pork for dinner on Tuesday Nov. 29th. Make your plans today and pre-purchase your Matanza meal for a DEAL price of $14. A voucher for entry will be emailed.

If you have already been to one of El Pinto's Matanza's you know just how good it is. If you haven't come yet, here is your chance so don't miss out. We are cooking two full size pigs in our horno oven at El Pinto. The fixed menu includes: Horno cooked pork, roasted potatoes, roasted corn on the cob, beans, rice, slaw, guacamole, queso, chips & salsa, as well as homemade corn and flour tortillas.
