We started as a one room restaurant that was a special place for families and friends to gather and have an excellent meal. Forty seven years later we have expanded into the largest restaurant in the state of New Mexico. We are still the place for friends and families to gather, eat, and enjoy the enchantment that New Mexico has to offer. We also ship daily the best New Mexican salsa in the world and have it delivered to your door. Our New Mexico salsa, green chile, and red chile sauces have been voted the best time and time again.

It is green chile and soon red chile season in New Mexico. Last weekend we headed to Hatch, NM, the undisputed "Chile Capital of the World", to inspect the El Pinto red chile fields. We have been hearing for awhile now about the difficult season Hatch is having due to early wind and lack of water, so we were interested to see what we would find.
